Professional training will give all our staff the strategies and tools that we need to  enable us to support all our residents in their aging process.

The minimum training each staff would be required to have within six months of being hired are:

1. A First Aid Course that is kept current.
2. A Medication Awareness course
3. A Non-violence Crisis Intervention course that is renewed every two years – or  the five day Alzheimer Course
4. A Fire and Life Safety Course
5. A Personal Care Course
